Season two finale of ‘Making the Cut’ Indian Reality Show to be filmed at Sun City

Big name Bollywood celebrities will descend on Sun City to film the finale of season two of Making the Cut; India’s fashion umbrella show designed to find the Best Designer, Male Model and Female Model. Ten male models, ten female models and 10 designers have been chosen to fight the ultimate battle at Sun City. The drama will be intense as the stakes are high. The contestants will be taught, challenged and critiqued by some of the most glamorous, stylish and influential names in Bollywood.

Ruling the runway and casting his eyes over the fashion hopefuls, is esteemed fashion designer Narendra Kumar who heads up a team of industry luminaries including judges, Editor-In-Chief of ELLE India, Nonita Kalra and top supermodel Dipannita Sharma, as they decide who’s “in” and who’s “out”. The panel will be joined by none other than Bollywood actress, Celina Jaitley!

Celina Jaitley shot to fame when she was crowned Miss India 2001. Thereafter she went on to represent India in the Miss Universe Pageant and ended up as 4th runner-up, ahead of 79 other global contestants. She then appeared in several videos including Zara Nazron Se Kehdo by the Bombay Vikings. She made her Bollywood debut in 2003 in the hit, Janasheen with Fardeen Khan. Since then she has gone on to appear in 11 more movies.

Celina’s favourite actor is Aamir Khan and her favourite actress is Aishwarya Rai who won the Miss World title in 1994 when it was staged at Sun City. Sun City was also the venue chosen for the International Indian Film Academy Awards in 2001 where the paparazzi were out in force as the brightest Bollywood stars came out to play. The hosts for the evening, Miss World 2000, Priyanka Chopra and the dashing Kabir Bedi welcomed guests including, Hrithik Roshan and Karisma Kapoor.

From archery to zip sliding, reality loses its intrusive grasp as Sun City offers escapism, adventure and thrills in its purest form!
