Sun City has put together a terrific festive programme for the upcoming holiday season, chock-full of exciting events for the whole family. This year, the resort has taken extra-special care in putting together its Kamp Kwena children’s programme, making sure that little ones can enjoy the seasonal fun just as much as their parents. Take a look at the great event line-up.
Thrilling Kamp Kwena Activities
There are a number of marquee events planned for young ones over the course of December, each designed to make the trip to Sun City their most memorable yet.
- On 24 December, Kamp Kwena will be hosting a Carols by Candlelight evening at the Sun City Amphitheatre. Children from 6-12 can join in on the fun, singing old Christmas favourites.
- On 25 December, there will be an action-packed day of fun and games at the Cabanas. The hotel’s lawn will be transformed into a snow-covered winter wonderland, as children join in on a character parade and an unforgettable Christmas party. The party will feature a jumping castle, face painting and a magic show.
- On 26 December, Kamp Kwena will hold the “Little Miss Kamp Kwena & Mr Muscle Contest”. Open from children aged 4-12, the pageant invites aspiring little models and performers to strut their stuff on stage, entertaining family and peers.
- On 31 December, there will be a spectacular kids’ New Year’s Eve bash in the Baobab Room at the Sun City Hotel. The evening’s festivities will include a scrumptious dinner, as well as fun activities with spot prizes and hamper giveaways.
Throughout December, Kamp Kwena will also be running daily activities which parents can sign their children up for. Every day there are different activities and excursions, providing the youngsters with the opportunity to interact with peers and have a blast.
